- Seems to be as good a place as any for these interesting tidbits.
- No, there has been no request to emulate an HP terminal in MS-DOS Kermit.
- The terminal emulation business is a difficult one: complex specs (only ~=
- hardware), clashes between dedicated terminal silicon and PC hardware, bulk,
- time/energy, etc). There would have to be really good incentives to consider
- another terminal which differed greatly from what is present now. I haven't
- looked at HP terminal specs in a very long time so their characteristics are
- unknown here.
- The sources for MSK v3.12 should be out shortly if someone wants to
- rough in another terminal; in the meanwhile MSK 3.11 is close enough for
- government work. Please note that I generally accept code only on items which
- I can verify in detail (and thus can be supported over the long haul).
