  12. We are currently planning a network management environment for a large
  13. German industrial plant. We haven't yet decided on what systems to use. In
  14. fact we don't even feel that we know of all the available products. So we'd
  15. be glad if anyone out there could give us pointers to network-management
  16. applications for HP, DEC and IBM machines.
  17.  
  18. Network management in this sence is not restricted to the ususal snmp-type
  19. applications, we're also interested in applications to administrate large
  20. scale heterogeneous networks. Basic requirements are
  21.  
  22.     o    Software Distribution
  23.     o    User Administration
  24.     o    Printer Management
  25.     o    Performance and Resource control
  26.  
  27. If your company sells such applications or you know of any systems that
  28. (partially) meets the above requirements, pleas drop me a line. If there's
  29. enough interest I'll post a summary to the net.
