  26. We tried an evaluation of BW-NFS in July.
  27. Sent a technical query by fax 23rd. July.  No reply.
  28. I sent email message 29th. July.   No reply.
  29. I sent a final fax 6th. August, including the final sentence: "If I do not
  30. receive a reply to this fax, I will have no further dealings or communications
  31. with your company."    No reply.

  34. three enquiries from a prospect.
