  12. The FTP server I am trying to reach wants only registered sites, and the
  13. PCs here at MIZZOU are not in the registration, nor can they be added (for
  14. some reason not sufficeintly explained to me but beyond my control).
  15. So, all FTPing must occur via modem to the mainframe.
  16.   So, am I helpless? hopeless? or hapless?
