  17.    Why surprised?  IBM believes customers shouldn't have to pay
  18. for bug releases, Microsoft does.  I purchased a 32bit Operating
  19. System...I expect it to be 32bit.  The 32-bit GRE is something
  20. owed to us.  I'm grateful to IBM for any additional in-house utilities
  21. and bitmaps IBM includes...but everything else is owed to us.
  22. BTW-I don't mind paying for a S&H and Media charge for the CSD
  23. floppies...but I do mind paying for the upgrade recorded on them.

  26. well...its a democracy we live in and thats how I feel.
