- Why surprised? IBM believes customers shouldn't have to pay
- for bug releases, Microsoft does. I purchased a 32bit Operating
- System...I expect it to be 32bit. The 32-bit GRE is something
- owed to us. I'm grateful to IBM for any additional in-house utilities
- and bitmaps IBM includes...but everything else is owed to us.
- BTW-I don't mind paying for a S&H and Media charge for the CSD
- floppies...but I do mind paying for the upgrade recorded on them.
-
- What I wrote above is my own opinion, someone else doesn't agree
- well...its a democracy we live in and thats how I feel.
