- If you've got a 16550, and your modem can stand to receive a few (<16) extra
- characters after it drops CTS, change buffer to ON. In the AUTO state, OS/2
- will still get interrupted for every character received or transmitted,
- even with a 16550. With it set to ON, it will only get an interrupt for every
- 16 characters received/transmitted (well, probably 14 characters received).
