  17.   There seem to be conflicting reports on MathCAD 3.1 under Win/OS2. Myself,
  18. I can run it only once. If I exit it and try to load it again it issues the
  19. famous "Not enough mem. Try closing some Windows apps....." The only way to
  20. get it to load again is to reboot. I have also noticed that certain other
  21. Windows apps which run fine by themselves will leave the system in a condition
  22. that will not allow MathCAD to startup. Other people I have talked to reported
  23. having no trouble at all. Still others, like yourselves, can't get it to load
  24. at all.
  25.   In all three cases the people have set the following Win/OS2 settings:

  27.      DPMI limit to >64
  28.      XMS limit to 0
  29.      EMS limit to 0.
