  19. Place a "CALL=C:\OS2\CMD.EXE" in config.sys (near the top).  When your
  20. system boots, you'll be at a prompt.  You can replace ANYTHING at this
  21. point, since file-locking hasn't been loaded yet.  Replace your .DLL
  22. file here.  Type "exit" from this prompt, and booting will continue.
