  11. I recently called IBM's os2 tech line to report the black and white icon bug
  12. that I discovered shortly after installing for the first time.  (I recieved my
  13. os2 upgrade package about a month ago).  I reported the bug and the rep told me
  14. that it was fairly common and that they did not have a fix for it yet,
  15. althought they were working on it now.  After poking around in the net here, I
  16. understand that the fix was out months ago in a CSD?  I asked the rep to send
  17. me a disk with current bug fixes so that I would not have to discover all the
  18. bugs myself.  He replied that all bugs and fixes were handled on a case by case
  19. basis and could not send me a disk, although he would send me the B&W icon fix,
  20. alone, as soon as it was discovered.  Am I being snowballed here?  If the CSD's
  21. are available, why didn't he just send me one? And what is this about not
  22. having a fix for bug commonly known to have a fix out?  What I'm really trying
  23. to ask here is where to get a CSD as IBM has obviously put me on a backburner
  24. here.  Can anyone help me here?????
