  17. Corel Draw does a fine job of handling EPS files. I'm sure that most of
  18. the other high end illustration packages do as well, but I've only had
  19. experience with Corel Draw. It has a number of filters, as well; I've
  20. had pretty fair luck using them to convert between file formats.
