  14. I'm trying to get windows 3.1 to run my graphic programs (Picture Publisher,
  15. Paint Brush, etc.) in 256 color mode on a IBM 8513 VGA monitor.  It refuses
  16. to on only allows these programs to display 16 colors.  Does anyone know
  17. how to get windows to allow for 256 colors.

  24. I have DOS based program that display 256 colors.  When I bring these programs
  25. under windows the color map is messed up so they only display 16.
