- Has anyone gotten more than 16MB of memory on a DELL 486P/50 to work?
- I've got 24 MB. The cold-start memory test finds all the memory. When NT
- boots, the MmInit message says 16 MB (or rather 16xxx K).
-
- I called DELL and got the A09 (new) BIOS. It doesn't help. Unfortunately,
- neither first nor second level tech support know anything at all about
- NT. They tell me it's beta software and therefore not supported.
-
- Since this shows up on the FAQ, is there someone in either the MS or DELL
- lab that has got it working?
-
- Thanks,
- KC
