- on the card can be used to talk to an actual human being (!) with, in my
- experience, less than the big-part-of-an-hour-on-hold that seems to be the
- new industry standard for customer service.

- the news is that they appear to have the drives in stock. unless they were
- clever and evil enough to detect from my query that my order was contingent
- upon an answer much like the one i got from them, and told me what i wanted to
- hear. (yes, i ordered one).
