- First, right or wrong this isn't a bug but a feature. We may
- disagree with the desireability of the feature, though.

- No, I don't think you want just anyone shutting off a powerful
- computing system. Someone installing a 16 processor Sequent
- running NT might get highly annoyed if there was simply a button
- to kill the machine.
