  11.     Can anyone steer me in the right direction. I am trying to get my
  12.     feet wet in windows programming. Someone I know wants to get rid
  13.     of his borland Pascal for win. Is this worth delving into, or am
  14.     I better off buying vbasic or even the MS or borland C ++ stuff?
  15.     I am planning very simple stuff initially but as I get up on the
  16.     learning curve, I plan to develop more difficult software or 
  17.     shareware. Help!
