  13. I just bought a copy of Visual Basic becuase I wanted to write an application
  14. for Windows which controls hardware directly through the PC's I/O ports.
  15. Much to my annoyance, I find that I need routines not implemented in VBasic
  16. to do this.  Can anyone help?
