  13. How does a non-windows application detect if it is running under
  14. Windows? I'm currently using Borland C++ in case you know of
  15. a library function that does this. Since I'm on this subject
  16. are there any "official" guidelines on what non-win apps
  17. should *not* do when running under Windows (especially in
  18. the area of communication with EMS or XMS managers, direct
  19. video writes, and use of INT 33)? As you may have guessed
  20. I'm trying to "UAE-proof" a DOS graphics application.
