  12. I do not think that there is any documented way to be a drag-n-drop SERVER in
  13. Windows 3.0 or Windows 3.1.  I think that this is one of the subjects that
  14. Andrew Shulman covers in UNDOCUMENTED WINDOWS (ISBN?) and I also think that a
  15. recent issue of Microsoft Journal or PC Mag had an article on implmenting
  16. drag-n-drop from both ends.
