  16. I am Posting from a friends account, My name is Bob Marsh and I'm 
  17. currently working on my senior design project at the Milwaukee School
  18. of Engineering.  For this project I'm looking for the format of
  19. ms-windows .bmp file format.  We have searched in the archives
  20. and FAQ's for any information.

  22. So I am desperately reaching out to anyone that can help me find
  23. any format information on .bmp's or any .bmp function lib's that
  24. are compatable with Borland C/C++ 3.1
