  13. I have recently being rebuilding my Linux system on an extended
  14. filesystem and tex now fails to run with the message.

  16. No inode 2110/device 2052 in parent directory

  18. This is tex from ptex.tar.Z on tsx-11.mit.edu and ran with no
  19. problems on a minix filesystem.  It doesn't appear to be a shared
  20. library related problem as I have shared libraries going back to GCC
  21. v2.11c installed.
