  11. Excuse me for sounding so ignorant but I'm really stumped here.  I want to
  12. install gcc 2.2.2d but the install script is asking me for files which are
  13. longer than 14 characters (2.2.2dmisc.tar.Z for example).  Am I missing
  14. something here or is it now possible to have filenames longer than 14
  15. characters?  If the latter is true, how do I do this?
