- BOOT.SYS doesn't work with DR-DOS 6.0 - you need to get AutoCon v2.0g,
- which is available from your favorite Simtel mirror or it was uploaded
- to a couple of the Linux sites (tsx-11 and sunsite, probably). Look
- for the filename autoc20g.zip, but I could be wrong about the name.
-
- Also, I use LILO as my master boot record and use it to boot both
- DR-DOS and Linux with perfect success, so that is another (IMHO,
- better) option.

-
- Well, even though things like the MS-DOS fs, Extended fs, and LILO are
- all called 'alpha test', they've all been quite solid in my
- experience. There's no need to scare anyone off. :)

-
- Yes, but someone would have complained when they wanted a 34-character
- name and couldn't do it. :) Ideally, the name length should be
- stored in the directory along with the name, instead of a fixed-length
- string....
