  12. I just have a question on whether or not the writers of Linux allow
  13. private parties to distribute the software for a fee (supposedly copying
  14. charges).  And if so, do they have a limit/cap on how much money (per disk)
  15. could be collected?  I say a guy asking for $3.50 per disk.
