- You can use it to connect to the internet with telnet and ftp, and
- I imagine that you would only need to port a daemon in order to add other
- services.

- NFS stands for Network FIle Service, or some such, and it basically
- means that you can mount a disk that is on a remote system over the network,
- such that it appears as if it is on your system (a little on the slow side, but
- still local).
