  15. I recently compiled MGR, and am having a problem with the tty in the new windows.
  16. The error message reads something like:

  18. tty not available (Invalid argument)
  19. no job control in shell
  20.  
  21. What do I need to do to get around this?  I am using 0.97p1, tcsh6.01 and 2.2.2d.

  23. Also the blitlib.h file that is called from vga.c is missing but all of
  24. the functions are defined in bitmap.h as well.  Is this a problem?  MGR
  25. runs fine.
