  10. in the DOS world, there are several mail-based-archive-servers
  11. that you can run off packages like UUPC and Waffle to allow
  12. folks to request files from your archives be uuencoded, splitm
  13. and sent in pieces via mail.

  15. I know there are several for *nix, but all seem to work off
  16. of .forward files (which Linux doesn't support, does it?).

  18. Without a /usr/ucb/sendmail (ie, with only smail2.5 or 3.1)
  19. are there any *nix archive-server packages out there that
  20. run under linux?
