- I have linux running using the MCC-Interim release (and by the way, a great
- job done in that package.) The kermit that comes with it (which I'm using now)
- works fine but it puts its lock file in /tmp/LCK..ttys0 and I'd like it in
- /usr/spool/uucp/LCK* instead. I assume somewhere there is a way of changing it
- but I have yet to find it. The reason I need this is that UUGETTY checks
- /usr/spool/uucp/LCK* for lock files and since kermit doesn't place one there
- I get a serial port confliction between kermit and UUGETTY.
-
- By the way, UUGETTY seems to work nicely but needs tweaking for my generic
- modem... anyone got config files they want to share for GENERIC 2400bps
- modems?
