- This would be a complete waste of disk space. Not only is there
- pboot, which even though it is out of date still modifies images fine,
- but there are also many, many shareware hex editors out there. ZipZap
- is one I use every once in a blue moon.

- I don't think it's exactly what you had in mind, but Lars Wirzenius'
- README for the kernel contains some useful suggestions, and I'm sure
- he (and Linus) would be open to suggestions on improvement.
