  10. The Government Printing Office now has a public bulletin board which gives
  11. "inexpensive" access to some federal data.  The GPO Federal Bulletin Board
  12. currently has files from the Department of State, Energy, and the Environmental
  13. Protection Agency.

  15. The average file costs less than $10 to download (plus telecommunication
  16. costs), and you require a GPO Deposit Account to download most files
  17. (MasterCard, VISA, and money accepted).  The BBS phone number is (202) 512-1387.
