- Thanks for your answer. I was not aware of the 'newalias' command. I guess
- it just happened to work with my old version of elm, to just enter a new
- alias to recompute the data and hash file.

- But now I have another problem:
- I have very long aliases, as I grouped a couple of people into one alias.
- I already split it up, so that there are no more than 3 addresses assigned
- to one alias name. But even with only two names per alias, newalias
- complains that the names are too long.
- I must commit that the addresses are fairly long, e.g.
- spiegl@informatik.tu-muenchen.de
- but there is no way of changing THAT. So what can I do about this?
