- I am looking for testimonials from people that have ported large systems,
- i.e. more that 500,000 lines of C code. We are trying to sell our mangement
- on the idea, but we need to present them with the pros and cons. How long
- did it take? How many people? What were the benefits? Do you think it
- is paying off? Quantitative data is most desirable, such as the following:
- The number of bugs per week went down from X to Y.
- The debugging time went down from X to Y.
- The time to develop a new application went from X to Y.
- Etc.
- Please email me directly. If I feel the responses are appropriate, I will post
- a summary.
- This may not be the proper newsgroup for this. Is there a comp.c++.advocacy?
