- The problem you report is a consequence of the fact that an FR
- interface, in fact, can consist of several logical interfaces each
- possibly with different QOS characteristics. This is not unique to
- FR, though, but applies also to X.25, SMDS, and ATM. I agree with you
- that router vendors, including Cisco, should start considering
- logical interfaces as real ones.
