- Hi Netters,
-
- I would like to know the best prices one can
- get for the following 3 modems, I haven't decided which one
- yet. Can somebody enlighten me about $$ and $$/performance?
-
- Zyxel U-1496e (any + here?)
- Digicom Scout+
- USR Speedster (yes, the one that can be made to bahave like a Courier)
-
- Any unique features that make one better than the others?
- Can one usually take advantage of those features at all?
- (or what's needed on the receiving end?). Do they all self-initiating
- fall-forward?
-
- FAX capability is not immediately need, but is important that it
- can do both send/receive. Can they do 14.4K fax?
-
- If it matters, the other end is Zyxel, may change though.
