  19. This is kind of a silly question. It really won't matter whether or not it
  20. _could_ be upgraded unless Zero One decides to do so. Since they haven't 
  21. announced any intention, it would be silly to base your purchase decision
  22. on a rumor if V.FAST is really that important to you.

  24. A better choice would be to purchase one of the USR or Codex modems that
  25. _have_ been designated as upgradeable to V.FAST (whatever that means :-).
