- It is essentially a V.32bis modem designed to be used on a network. It is a
- plain modem, it's the software that is included with it that is the "heart" of
- the shared access.

- It can be installed, "in the background", on any 286 on your network, or a
- dedicated XT, and be used by anyone on your network running the shared access
- software. It is compatible with every major network, including Netware,
- Netware Lite, Lantastic and other NETBIOS LANs as well.

- You can dial out with it, but you can also remotely dial in. It comes with
- software for one user to run the software remotely, additional licenses are
- available for the product.
