- There is an outfit in Canada that has just announced a MAC level NDIS driver
- that talks to the serial port. The idea being that you can replace your
- ethernet or token ring NDIS driver with this serial driver with the higher
- level drivers being oblivious to the fact. Of course time-out parameters
- and such would need to be tuned. Since this is a MAC level driver it
- should pass any and all protocols equally well.
