- get the birdisba.mpg file in:
- ftp 130.231.240.17 in pub/mpeg and have a look at it.
- Use the win3.x MPEGXING.LZH player for display.

- I figured out, that the quality of the encoding depends on the
- luminace and contrast of the supplied pictures. If you give the
- pictures more brightness and less contrast, they seem to have less
- artfacts.
