  11. Hi, netter.

  13. I bought a third party S/W package that can digitize voice signals
  14. and store them into a DOS file. On average, one hour of speech 
  15. requires 10Mbytes of storage. Does anyone know some compression
  16. programs that perform well in digitized voice files and are reasonably
  17. fast in compression and decompression.
