  19. The software described below is available for anonymous from ftp.cs.umn.edu
  20. within pub/users/cosar in the file Turkish_Characters_for_IBM.tar.
  21. I tested it and looks fine on the screen. A brief description is given

  51. Use command "ftp ftp.cs.umn.edu" and login with user-id "anonymous"
  52. then enter your e-mail address as password. Please don't forget to
  53. switch into "binary mode" with the "bin" command before uploading it.
