  54. However, the easiest method is to uuencode the picture file and mail it to
  55. Thomas Wong <twong@civil.ubc.ca>. Contributors must not upload the files to ftp 
  56. sites themselves. All types of picture file format are welcome. We will convert
  57. them to GIF format.
