  12. Perhaps the subject line Email trees would be closer to our
  13. situation.  I am responsible for Circulation in the science
  14. libraries at Syracuse University.  I have a names list for
  15. circulation that includes all the science branches.  When
  16. I receive a message regarding problems or potential problems
  17. I send a message to CSTAFF and immediately appropriate people
  18. in each of the science branches has the information, too.  It
  19. works far better than trying to call by phone.
