  20. For the purposes of almost everyone on this list, Windows NT is NOT being
  21. released this fall!  The developer's toolkit has
  22. already been released (I'm about to have it installed on my PC), but the
  23. average user is going to have to wait (many?) more months for a stable
  24. version.  Also, be warned that many of OS/2's problems (bugs, delays,
  25. large RAM and hard disk needs) are going to be present in Windows NT,
  26. since OS/2 and Windows NT share rather ambitious technical goals
  27. that earlier dogged UNIX.  In short, don't hold your breath, if you are
  28. a user with little patience for adjusting one's operating system.
