  11. For whomever else may be having trouble loading Ibid. with NB4, I learned some-
  12. thing useful from NB Informatics today.  They promptly returned my call on this
  13. problem and told me that I should have received disks with the files needed to
  14. load Ibid.  Upon checking they discovered that although I own a legit copy of
  15. Ibid. I was not so recorded in their database and that is why I didn't receive
  16. the appropriate files.  They are supposed to be sending a disk immediately.
  17. Why my purchase of Ibid. wasn't written to my name I don't know, although I
  18. suspect it may have to do with the fact that I had it bought by my university
  19. when I was flush with money from a grant.  The person who helped me indicated
  20. that they had other customers with the same problem, and the solution is to
  21. contact them.
