- I don't have an answer about the blue tarps, but I do have an
- anecdote related to a yellow tarp. We were attending a church pot
- luck this summer in Hawaii where they used a yellow tarp to cover the food
- tables. Several items were never eaten because no one could tell what
- they were. The carrot sticks looked horrible, the papaya my wife
- brought was largly untouched because of the terrible appearance.
- Could this be the reason blue tarps are used? Does food look better
- under a blue tarp? Should I even be posting this to a professional
- reference list?
