  149.      (1)  If you have a satellite downlink facility and our satellite
  150. foot-prints cover your area, you can receive our satellite signal.  We
  151.

  156. will have privilege of using two SATCOMs for the U.S. domestic coverage;
  157. ANIK-E1 for Canadian and Alaskan coverage; COLUMBIASAT, INTELSAT, ETS-V,
  158. GOES2 and ATS3 for Northern and Southern Pacific; MORELOS and INTELSAT
  159. for Central and South America and the Caribbean; COLUMBIASAT and OLYMPUS
  160. for Western, Northern, Eastern Europe, the Baltic and the Commonwealth
  161. of Independent States, etc.  (INTELSAT, MORELOS, GOES2, ATS3 and ETS-V
  162. are now under negotiation.)
  163.      (2)  Some participants, such as in Denmark, Netherlands and Mexico,
  164. will distribute our signal through their local terrestrial TV
  165. broadcasting or cable TV networks, in such a way that their students and
  166. children can watch our events at their home.
  167.      (3)  There will be sign-language interpreter for physically
  168. impaired persons.

  173.      Other than participation fee, all participants have to be
  174. responsible for the costs of (1) down/uplinking from/to satellites; (2)
  175. telephone call to UCF for Q&A; and (3) sending fax to UCF for backstage
  176. coordination.
