  14.    I would like to know the commands and syntax for specifying hypertext links
  15.    in the "Help Viewer" provided by OpenWindows 3.0. The man pages of the
  16.    two commands "helpopen" and "helpviewer" mention that there is no
  17.    documentation that talks about these hyperlinks.
  18.  
  19.    Any information would be appreciated.
