- No, it isn't. You do not need to install UCX to use the DECwindows
- TCP transport over MultiNet with our UCX emulation.

- Do a SHOW DEVICE BGA0 and be sure it is present on your machine.
- Also be sure that you start MultiNet from SYSTARTUP_V5.COM so it is
- running when DECwindows starts.
