- Theory is in complete agreement with careful experimentation on this point.

- It is easy to tune your LAVC sattelites to minimize or even eliminate paging
- activity. If you cannot eliminate paging, you get better peformance from a
- local paging disk, than from paging across the ethernet. If you have to buy
- hardware to improve performance, your best bet is a memory upgrade.
