  23. Using drugs is never murder, no matter how long you wait.  Giving drugs
  24. might be murder depending on circumstances.  As for the consequences of
  25. drugs being illegal; I think it's a travesty.  The only thing that makes
  26. the drug issues so dangerous is that they are illegal.
