  25. You apply to the North American Applied Philosophy Assocation.

  27. The kind of philosophy that you get a degree for is "Pure Philosophy".
  28. We don't think much of it, because it devotes too much time to asking
  29. questions, and not enough time to finding answers. The goal of
  30. Applied Philosophy is to come up with answers.

  32. If you'd like to learn more, I'd recommend John Kennedy Toole's novel, 
  33. "A Confederacy of Dunces". Two of the characters (Ignatius J. Reilly 
  34. and Myra Minkoff) are role-models for Applied Philosophers everywhere.
